Using a strap style pipe wrench,
15/16 socket and socket wrench
handle, install pulley (50), washer
(49) and nut (48) on alternator
( 4 7 ).
Tighten nut (48) to 45 lb-ft.
Position bracket (46) on engine.
Using a 1/2 socket, socket wrench
handle and 9/16 open end wrench,
install washer (45), bolt (44),
washer (43) and nut (42).
Position alternator (47) on engine.
Using a 1/2
socket and socket
wrench handle, install washer (41),
lock washer (40) and bolt (39).
Install washer (38), lock washer
(37) and bolt (36).
Install washer (35), lock washer
(34), nut (33), washer (32) and
b o l t ( 3 1 ) .
Using a 5/8 and 11/16 open end
wrench, install washer (30), lock
washer (29), nut (28), washer (27)
and bolt (26).
Install two washers (25) and brace
( 2 4 ).
Install washer (23), lock washer
(22) and bolt (21).
Connect wire assembly (20).
Using a 9/16 socket and socket
wrench handle,
install washer (19),
lock washer (18) and bolt (17),
Apply silicone sealant over entire
connection.
