Step   1.   Remove   bezel   assembly   and   voltmeter   gage.   Test   the   continuity o f    g a g e .    C o n n e c t    m u l t i m e t e r    t o    t e r m i n a l s    i n    t h e    b a c k    of voltmeter. If   the   multimeter   needle   does   not   move,   the   circuit   does   not   have continuity.   Replace   voltmeter   gage,   refer   to   paragraph   5-17. If   the   multimeter   does   indicate   continuity   on   the   voltmeter   gage, replace   instrument   panel   as   an   assembly,   refer   to   paragraph   5-12. 5-62
