Fuel System.
a .
Fuel Tank.
The fuel tank holds approximately 60 gallons of diesel fuel.
The fuel tank cap and filler assembly includes strainer.

Primary Fuel Filter.
Fuel is pulled through the primary fuel filter
into the fuel pump.
S/N 2001 and above have a water separator on the bottom of
the primary fuel filter.

Fuel pump.
The fuel pump is mechanically driven by the engine. It
provides a low pressure fuel supply to fuel injectors.

Final Fuel Filter.
Fuel is pumped at low pressure to the fuel injection
pump.
