INSTALLATION
Exercise care when installing fan.
Do not damage radiator fins.

Install fan (31).

Position housing (32) toward engine.
19.
Using a 9/16” socket and socket
wrench handle, install six
washers
(30 and 29), bolts (28) and cup
( 2 7 ) .
20.
Using a 1/2” open and box end wrench,
install four washers (26) and bolts
(25) .
21.
Using a 9/16” socket, socket wrench
handle and a 9/16” box wrench,
i n s t a l l g r i l l e ( 2 4 ) , t h r e e w a s h e rs
(23), bolts (22), washers (21) and
nuts (20).

I n s t a l l g r i l l e ( 1 9 ) , t h r e e w a s h e r s
(18), bolts (17), washers (16) and
nuts (15).

Using a 3/4” socket, socket
wrench
handle and a
3/4”
box wrench,
install support (14), washer
( 1 3 ),
bolt (12), washer (11) and nut (10).

Using a 9/16” socket and socket
wrench handle,
i n s t a l l w a s h e r ( 9)
and bolt (8).

U s i n g a 3 / 4 ” s o c k e t a n d s o c k e t
wrench handle, install support (7),
washer (6), bolt (5), washer (4) and
nut (3)0
26.
Using a 9-16" open and box end wrench
install washer (2) and bolt (1).
NOTE
Return M10A Forklift to original
equipment condition.
