The air pressure gage must be in the green range. If it
is not,
stop the engine, apply parking/emergency brake
and lock transmission directional lever.

Depress the brake pedal (1).

Brake damage can occur if the machine is moved with the
brake applied.
Release the parking/emergency brake (2).

Partially accelerate (6) the
engine and raise the forks (3) enough to
clear
the ground.
Release the
accelerator pedal (6).

(5) Place the gear range lever (5)
in the first gear position.
(6) Release the brake pedal (1)
and gradually depress the accelerator

(7) Select desired working speed.
