Two hose clamps Loosen (1) c.  Filter  supply Disconnect Remove hose clamp (1) hose  (2) d. Two hose clamps Loosen (3) e, Fuel filter hose Disconnect (4) f. Two hose barbs Remove (6 and 7) g. Two nuts (8), lock Remove washers  (9), washers (10) and cap screws (11) h. Electric fuel Remove pump  (12) CLEANING 2 Filter supply hose Clean (2) and fuel filter hose (4) WARNING Dry cleaning solvent (P-D-680), used to clean parts is toxic and flammable, Wear protective goggles and gloves and use only in a well  ventilated  area.  Avoid  contact  with  skin,  eyes,  and  clothes and don’t breathe vapors. Do not use near open flame or exces- sive heat and don’t smoke when using it. Failure to do so could cause serious injury. If you become dizzy while using cleaning solvent,  get  fresh  air  immediately,  and  get  medical  attention.  If  . contact with skin or clothes is made, flush with large amounts of water. If contact with eyes is made, wash eyes with water immed- iately,  and  obtain  medical  aid  immediately. 3 All other parts Clean Use cleaning solvent P-D-680; dry thorough- ly INSPECTION 4 Hose clamps (1 and 3) Inspect Replace  if  damaged 5 Filter  supply  hose Inspect Replace  if  cracked  or  split (2) and fuel filter hose  (4) Use clean diesel fuel 2-42  Change  2
