Slide over wheel tube (23), through clamp (20) and onto upper cover of steering gear l. Cap screw (7), lock Install and Tighten to 15-20 pounds foot torque washer (6) and tighten nut (5) m. Horn contact assem- Position On jacket tube (15) bly  (13) n. Two flat washers Install  and Until horn contact assembly (13) is (12) and screws tighten securely  mounted (11) o. Cover (9) and new Position On jacket tube (15) seal (10) p. Four screws (8) Install  and Until cover (9) is securely mounted tighten INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 15 Steering a. Steering wheel (4) Position Slide over horn wire (17) and onto wheel wheel tube  serrations b. Nut (1) Install and Tighten to 10-15 pounds foot torque tighten 3-160
