Two nuts (28), Remove From clamps (31) and radiator baffle radiator lock washers (29), baffle and cap screws (30) b. Two clamps (31) Spread and From harness remove 11 Rear wiring a. Alternator warning Grasp and pull From harness (para 2-26) harness light  diode b.  Rear  wiring  harness Remove From  vehicle INSTALLATION 12 New rear wiring Position On vehicle harness 13 a. Harness clamps (6, 11, Position Over harness and against mounting holes 18,24,27 and 31) b. Clamp mounting hard- Install  and Until clamps are securely mounted; be ware (3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, tighten sure ground cable (17) terminal is 10,14, 15, 16, 19, placed on cap screw (16) 21,22,23,25,26, 28,29 and 30) 14 a. New tie straps (1 Loop and tie Around harness, engine dipstick tube, and and 2) transmission  cooler  hose b. All harness leads Connect To electrical components. Observe tags on component terminals for correct cotmection c. Alternator warning Push on Harness connector  (para 2-26) light  diode d. All  electrical  systems Check For proper operation 3-122
