Body (9) and Position On ROPS washer (10) c. Lock washer (8) and Install  and Until blackout light is securely mounted nut (7) tighten d. Harness lead (6) Push on Connector  (15) e. Shell (14) and Install On wire lead (13) washer  (12) f. Lamp unit (11) and Install three  springs  (4) g. Bulb (5) Install Push  bulb  in,  turn  clockwise  and  release h. Door (3) Position On body (9) i. Three screws (1) Tighten Until door (3) is securely mounted TESTING 10 Instrument  panel a.  IGNITION  switch Place in ON position b.  VEHICLE  LIGHTS Place in B.O. switch DRIVE  position 11 Front  of  vehicle Front blackout light Check Front blackout light should be on; if on, place  IGNITION  and  VEHICLE LIGHTS switches in OFF positions NOTE If front blackout light is not on, refer to troubleshooting, paragraph  2-24  and  troubleshoot  light  systems. 2-149
