Cap screw (1) Remove and  sealing washer  (2) b. Cap screw (3) Remove and lock washer  (4) c. Cap screw Remove Move alternator mounting strap out of (5) and way lock wash- er (6) d. Cap screw (7), Remove lock  washer (8) and two washers  (9) e. Water pump Remove assembly (10) f.  O-ring(11) Remove Discard g. Gasket (12) Remove Discard h. Inlet fitting Loosen  and If  required  for  replacement (13) remove i. Two pipe Loosen  and If  required  for  replacement plugs (14) remove INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 2 Engine,  rear a. Two pipe Install  and If  removed plugs (14) tighten b. Inlet fitting Install  and If  removed (13) tighten c. Gasket (12) Install Be sure all old gasket material is removed from  mounting  surface 2-90
