NOTE

Remove and discard bleeder valve and washer supplied with new
declutch valve (10).
Install and
Until securely mounted on valve (10)
a. Pipe plug (12)
tighten
Install
On shaft of valve (10)
b. Lock nut (11)
Position
On bracket (5)
c. Declutch valve (10)
Install
On shaft of valve (10). Do not tighten nuts
d. Nut (9)
(9 and 11) at this time.
Position
On bracket (5)
e. Flat spring (8)
f. Two lock washers (7)
Install and
Until spring (8) is securely mounted
tighten
and screws (6)
INSTALLATION
Position
Front chassis,
a. Bracket (5) and
On pedal bracket

valve (10)
bottom left
Install
On pedal bracket and valve bracket (5).
b. Two cap screws (4),
Do not tighten at this time
washers (3), lock
washers (2) and
nuts (1)
Reconnect to
c. Brake hoses, lines
valve (10) and
and fittings
tighten
NOTE
Be sure to bleed brake system (para 2-43a, step 16).
