15-1. GENERAL

This chapter covers maintenance procedures for the cab air conditioning system, as well as a functional

description of the air conditioning components.

15-2. PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION

a. Thermostat. The thermostat senses the temperature of the evaporator coil and engages or disengages

the compressor clutch as needed.
