(d)
Attach lifting straps to a suitable
hoist. Slowly and carefully move
crankshaft (16) from the engine
stand to the cylinder block (4).
(e)
Slowly lower crankshaft (16) into
cylinder block (4). Be careful not to
scratch the crankshaft journals.
(f)
Check that the crankshaft gear-to-
camshaft gear timing marks are
aligned. Allow crankshaft to firmly
rest against the upper main bearing
halves (18).
