AIR INTAKE ASSEMBLIES
VISUAL INSPECTION
(1) Check air intake assemblies to
determine source of fumes which
cause continued dieseling.
(a) If air intake assemblies are clear
and functioning correctly, notify
Direct Support of this fault.
(b) If source of fumes is determined,
replace air intake assemblies as
necessary.
(2) Start engine, then shut off engine. If
engine shuts off, fault corrected. If not,
notify Direct Support of this fault.
