TM 10-3930-671-10 Before Operation How To Perform the Daily Inspection Check fluid levels and air filters. Locate  the  engine  oil  dipstick  and  check  the  engine  oil level. WARNING DO NOT REMOVE THE RADIATOR CAP WHEN THE RADIATOR IS HOT. STEAM FROM THE RADIATOR WILL CAUSE SEVERE BURNS. Check   the   engine   coolant   level.      Inspect   the   engine coolant hoses and fan belts. Check the engine air filter for contamination (dirt buildup and clogging) and damage. E-68
