TM 10-3930-669-20 PRESSURE TEST (1)  Disconnect brake line from master cylinder (Para 11-4). (2)  Connect 0 to 2,000 psi (0-13,790 kPa) pressure gauge to master cylinder. (3)  Depress and release brake pedal and observe gauge. (a)  If 0 psi (0 kPa) is not present, perform Step (4) below and replace master cylinder (Para 11-4). (b)  If 0 psi (0 kPa) is present, relief valve is OK. (4)  Remove 0 to 2,000 psi (0-13,790 kPa) pressure gauge. (5)  Connect brake line on master cylinder. BRAKE DISC CHECK (1)  Remove drive axle check/fill plug (LO 10-3930-669-12). (2)  Measure brake disc thickness. (a)  If brake disc gap is not 0.079 in. (2 mm), brake discs are faulty. Perform Step (2) below and notify DS Maintenance. (b)  If brake disc gap is 0.079 in.  (2 mm), brake discs are OK. (3)  Install drive axle check/fill plug. 2-411
