TM 10-3930-664-24 10.  Insert tie rod (1) into steering case (2) and secure using nut (4).  Tighten nut to 192 to 215 ft-lb.  (260 to 290 N•m). 11.  Loosen nut (4) slightly until holes in nut align with holes in tie rod (1).  Install new cotter pin (3). FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE: Front axle assembly servicing, fill and bleed (para. 2-102). Rear axle assembly servicing, fill and bleed (para.  2- 104). Install wheel assembly (para.  2-113).
