Gasket, Item 4 (4 ea.) A.  REMOVAL 1. RELEASE    HOOD    ASSEMBLY    (2)    BY    LIFTING HANDLE (1).  OPEN HOOD ASSEMBLY. 2. REMOVE VALVE COVERS (3). a. Remove  valve  covers  (3)  by  removing  screws (4).  Remove and discard O-ring seals (5). NOTE Ensure    that    all    gasket    material    is removed     from     cylinder     head     and cover. b. Remove and discard gaskets (6). 3. REMOVE  FILLER  CAP  (7)  FROM  FRONT  VALVE COVER (3). B.  CLEANING Clean valve cover in accordance with paragraph 1-24. 2-74
