Install new tie wrap around heater hoses as noted during removal. 1. INSTALL FITTINGS AS REQUIRED. a. b. c. d. e. Install elbow (27), and adapter (12) at engine. Install nipple (26), elbow (25), drain cock (24), bushing (23), tee (22), and adapter (14) at engine. Position heater control valve (8) under vehicle and connect cable to valve (8). Install nipple (21), elbow (20), bushing (19), and connector (6) at heater  (18). Install nipple (17), elbow (16), bushing (15), and connector (3). 2. INSTALL HEATER HOSES. a. b. c. d. e. Position hose (5) on adapter (14) and secure with new clamp (13). Position hose (10) on adapter (12) and secure with new clamp (11). Position hose (10) on heater control valve (8) and secure with new clamp (9). Position hose (2) on heater control valve (8) and secure with new  clamp  (7). Position hose (5) on connector (6) and secure with new clamp (4). 3. 4. f. Position hose (2) on connector (3) and secure with new clamp (l). FILL ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM WITH COOLANT, PARA 7-3. RUN ENGINE AND CHECK HEATER HOSES, LINES, AND FITTINGS FOR LEAKS. 17-28
