a. REMOVAL
Remove spring (3) and oil filter bypass valve (2)
from cylinder block (1).
b. INSTALLATION
Install oil filter bypass valve (2) and spring (3) in cylinder block (1).
FOLLOW-ON TASKS:

Install cylinder block front plate (see paragraph 5-6).
