cylinder. Use air pressure with
restraint.
Failure
to follow
this procedure could result in
damage to piston or cylinder.
NOTE
Third gear port is closest to the
rear of the shaft.
Apply air pressure to shaft bore at
third gear side.
Remove piston (29).
Using a machinist’s scribe,
remove
and discard preformed packing
(30)
and seal ring (31).
Using a machinist’s scribe,
remove
and discard retaining ring (32).
