DISASSEMBLY
l COMPRESSED AIR HAZARD
Compressed air will not exceed 30
psi. Use only with effective chip
guarding and personal protective
equipment
(goggles/shield,
gloves, etc.).
Do not blast piston out of
housing. Use air pressure with
restraint.
Failure to follow
this procedure could result in
damage to piston or housing.

Apply air pressure at bore on housing
(9).
Remove piston (12).
Remove and discard preformed packing
(13) and seal ring (14).
Remove thrust bearing (10) and two
races (11).
Using a flat tip screwdriver, remove
and discard retaining ring (8).
Using a rubber mallet, remove housing
(9) from housing (15).
