Using   a   blind   hand   riveter,   install U.S.   Army   plate   (16)   and   four   new rivets   (15)   to   cab   side. Install   U.S.   Army   plate   (14),   four new   rivets   (13),   tie   down caution plate   (12)   and   four   new   rivets   (11) to   lower   frame.
