Using an 11/16” open end wrench,
i n s t a l l c o n n e c t o r ( 1 1 ) i n t r e a d le
valve of service brake.
Install nut (10) and new sleeve (9)
on tube (13), if removed.
Install tube (14).
Using a 5/8” open end wrench,
tighten nut (10).
Using 5/8” and 9/16” open end
wrenches, install elbow
(8) in
treadle
valve
a t b r a k e
and
transmission disconnect.
Install nut (6) and new sleeve (5)
on tube (7), if removed.
Connect tube (7).
Using a 5/8” open end wrench,
tighten nut (6).
Install three
right side of
from vehicles
power cluster
below.
Using a 5/8”
install elbow
new tie straps (4) in
pressure
converter
2001 and above or
from vehicles 2000 and
open
end wrench,
( 3 ) .
Install nut (2) and new sleeve (1)
on tube (7), if removed.
Install tube (7).
Using 5/8” and 11/16” open end
wrenches, tighten nut (2).
NOTE
Return M10A Forklift to original
equipment condition.
