Inspect   connections   of   batteries   to   insure   that   they   are   clean and   secure. If   connections   of   batteries   need   cleaning   or   securing, r e f e r    t o paragraph   2-13. Step   2. Test   battery   voltage,   refer   to   paragraph   2-13. If   battery   voltage   is   low,   refer   to   TM   9-6140-200-14. Step  3. Inspect   electrical   connections   at   starter   to   insure   that   they are   clean   and   secure. If   connections   need   cleaning   or   securing,   refer   to   paragraph   2-13.
