To   prime   the   system,   operate   pump handle   (18)   on   right   side  of  e n g i ne until   fuel   coming   out   of   vent (19) o n    f i n a l    f i l t e r    i s    f r e e    o f    a i r bubbles. 18. Close   vent   (19)   on   final   filter. 19. Rotate   strap   (17)   over   pump   handle ( 1 8 ). 20. Using   8“   slip   -joint   pliers,   tighten wing   nut   (16). INSTALLATION 21. Install   engine   side   access   cover   (1) on   right   side   of   engine   compartment, refer  to  paragraph  12-4. NOTE Return   M10A   Forklift   to   original equipment    condition.
