wrench handle, install new
gasket
( 1 4 ) , m a n i f o l d ( 1 3 ) , t w o l o ck
washers (12) and bolts (11) on air
compressor.
Using slip joint pliers, install new
nipple (10), if removed.
Using a 1“ open end
elbow (9).
Using a 1-1/8” open
install bushing (8)
wrench, install
end
wrench,
on elbow (9).
U s i n g a 1 2 ” a d j u s t a b l e w r e n c h,
i n s t a l l v a l v e ( 7 ).
U s i n g 1 - 1 / 1 6 ” a n d 1 “ o p e n - e nd
wrenches, connect hose assembly (5)
to air cleaner pipe assembly

and to adapter (6).
Install new tie strap (4) to secure
hose assembly (5).
