Four screws (8) Loosen  and remove c. Cover (9) and seal Remove Remove all seal residue from cover (9) (10) and jacket tube (15). Discard seal (10) d. Two screws (11) and Loosen and flat washers (12) remove e.  Horn  contact  assem- Lift  and  remove bly (13) f. Jacket tube (15) with Lift and remove bushing  (14) g. Bushing (14) Remove  from If necessary for replacement jacket tube (15) h. Two springs (16) Lift and remove i. Horn wire (17) Pull and remove From top of wheel tube (23) CAUTION Do not strike pins (18) with heavy hammer blows in the follow- ing step. Heavy hammer blows may damage bearing in steering gear. j. Two dowel pins (18) Remove and Lightly tap out using 5/16 inch brass rod discard and  hammer k. Coupling (19) and Remove  and wheel tube (23) separate l.
