Failure to do so could cause serious injury to eyes and possible
blindness. If you hurt your eyes or if a foreign object is blown into

Use cleaning solvent P-D-680. Dry
thoroughly with compressed air

Replace if body cracked or threads
damaged, drive gear teeth chipped or
broken, or if drive shaft or bushings
excessively worn
INSTALLATION

Engine compart-
a. Tachometer drive
Position
In engine block hole

b. Tachometer drive
Install
Carefully tap with soft-faced hammer until
top of body is flush with engine block
c. Tachometer drive
Install
Turn clockwise on tachometer drive
cover
threads until hand-tight
