Two  hose  assemblies (7) Two tension tubes (2) Hose  fittings  (1) One hose bumper (5) Hose  separator  (6) One hose bumper (5) Cap screw (4) and nut (3) Position Position in un- Lock washer (15) used on serial number threaded  center 9150572  and  below.  Torque  cap  screw hole of pulley (14) to 25-35 foot pounds (serial number bar (16) 9150573  and  above) Position on cap screw (14) Install; cap screw (14) through .    . chain pulley hub Install Loop  over  chain 18) Lock washer (15) used on aerial number 9150572  and  below.  Torque  cap  screw (14) to 25-35 foot pounds (serial number 9150573  and  above) pulley; install chain bolt in inner mast rod Install;   tighten until chain deflects 1/2 inch when depressed in middle Position on step bolt (9) Position on step bolt (9) Position on step bolt (9) Install in center threaded hole of pulley bar (16) Loop over hose pulley (11) and position near tension tubes (2) Remove 1/4-20 nuts Remove cap, connect to tension tube and tighten Position on cap screw (4). Position on cap screw (4) Serial number 9150572 and below Position on cap screw (4) Install with hose separator (6) between two hose assemblies  (7) NOTE Repeat step 14 to install remaining chain and hose pulleys.
