Scribe positioning marks on frames for
a. Drive end frame (1)

Loosen and
remove
CAUTION
Use extreme care not to touch stator winding when inserting screw-
driver blades and prying frames apart. Don't use hammer to drive
frames apart.
Insert two screwdriver blades in slip ring
c. Drive end frame (1)
Separate
end
and stator and slip
ring end frame

NOTE
When separating, work evenly around circumference of frame.

Tag stator leads for reassembly
