(b) access to control valve by removing
(2) Adjust inlet section relief valve as follows.

(a) Disconnect battery and discharge
(c) Connect  a  pressure  gage  into
capacitors (para 2-5).

Note.  Insure that pressure gage is

calibrated for 2500 psi.
(d) Remove cap nut from adjusting

secondary hydraulic pump and the inlet port of the inlet
screw and loosen locknut.
(e) directional control lever in neutral
section.
Note.  Insure that pressure gage is
position.
(f) Connect  battery  connector  and
calibrated for 2500 psi.
(d) Remove cap nut from adjusting
place key switch in ON position.
(g) Place and hold lift control lever in
screw and loosen locknut.
(e) directional control lever in neutral
UP position until adjustment is completed.
(h) Turn adjusting screw in or out until
position.
(f) battery connector and place key
1900 psi is indicated on pressure gage.
(i) Secure adjusting screw in position
switch in ON position.
(g) Place and hold tilt control lever in
using locknut.
(j) fork carriage and place lift control
BACK position until adjustment is completed.
(h) Turn adjusting screw in or out until
lever in N (neutral) position.
(k) an excessively heavy load on forks.
2100 psi is indicated on pressure gage.
(i) adjusting screw in position using
(l) Place and hold lift control lever in
locknut.
UP position and check that needle in pressure gage is
(j) Tilt mast to vertical position and
indicating 1900 psi.
(m) Lower fork carriage and remove
place tilt control lever in N (neutral) position.

(o) Install cap nut on adjusting screw.
